Swiss Oatmeal

I was introduced to Swiss oatmeal a few years ago and although it is not always on my radar when I do remember to make it I remember how much I love it. This version is super quick, healthy, and definitely a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
2 packets instant oatmeal, apples & cinnamon flavored**
1/4-1/2 cup craisins (or raisins)
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 apple, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

Add oatmeal to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in nuts, craisins, and apples (the amounts vary based on preference). Follow cooking directions for oatmeal, in this case it was to add 2/3 cup HOT water. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes so the water absorbs into the oatmeal. Add yogurt, again amount based on consistency preference.

Voila! Super simple and quick. Keep refrigerated and eat within 3 days :)

**For an adult or even healthier version, use old fashioned plain oats, honey, and cinnamon instead of instant oatmeal.
