Holiday Shipping Guide

Hi everyone!

We are in the midst of the holiday season and I wanted to give you a quick update on shipping dates. Currently on Etsy my items have a 3-5 business day processing time-- that means it will take me up to 5 business days to make your order (all items are made to order). If you are having your order shipped in the United States it will take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you. Very rarely, even with the busy season among us, does it take me a full 5 days to sew an order but just to be safe give yourself 10 days before the date you want it to arrive. For international orders your package will go through the United States customs facility (in Los Angeles--you'll see this on your tracking) before it leaves for your country. It is also subject to customs when it arrives in your country. At that point the tracking provided no longer shows up (since it's just a US tracking number) so you should anticipate at least a week after it leaves Los Angeles. If you live in far far away countries (over seas, i.e. Australia, Asia, etc), please be aware of that it could take even longer than a week to get to you after it leaves L.A. and goes through customs. In summary, you international people will want to make your orders for Christmas, births, etc about 2 1/2 weeks in advance. Hopefully this was helpful and will assist in being a good guide for your holiday shipping.

Sincerely,
Rachel
