This week our small business feature is on Terah's Classic Creations.
Terah lives in California and is mostly a self-taught artist. When she was little she loved art and as a tween she got into bead work and was hooked. Her grandmother also taught her to crochet and she has recently started knitting and is putting knit creations in her shop as well. She is inspired by those with whom she interacts and is always pushing the envelope of creativity. To further her creativity she likes to combine new techniques and styles with older ones to create unique items. She also likes nature (the colors, textures, intricacy) and if you check out her shop you will see the necklace on her profile pic is made a combination of bead weaving and viking knit.
When it comes to jewelry I am really picky. Ask anyone in my family and they will tell you it is nearly impossible to buy me jewelry. Once I saw these personalized necklaces in Terah's shop I fell in love. This one is elegant yet simple and I can wear it with almost anything. Plus I love the subtle personalization (J&J are my babies). She had a lot of fun fonts and styles to choose from as well as other items like beaded and woven items. Her items are fun, unique, and would make great gifts for Mother's Day!
