Pizza Friday, part 1

A friend of mine mentioned on her website that she does pizza Friday and I thought it was such a fun idea that I decided to do it with our family, too! You don't necessarily have to make pizza to start a fun tradition, but it helps break up the monotony of take-out. Here is one of our Friday adventures where we did a quick and easy pizza roll that was also kid friendly.

Ingredients
Refrigerated Crescent Rolls, 1 tube
Pizza sauce
Cheese
Pepperoni

Roll out each crescent roll onto your baking sheet. If you do not have a silpat or non-stick sheet, spray cooking spray on it first. Spread approximately 1-2 teaspoons of sauce on each crescent, then top with a pinch of cheese and 3 pepperonis each. Roll loosely and rearrange if necessary to keep them evenly spaced. Bake according to directions on the crescent container.
