This family-owned shop is run by Erica and her husband who live in Illinois with their three children Lexi, Brooke, and Luke and they started out in 2011 after making a set of wooden blocks for family members. It was such a hit with her family that more family members and friends started to request blocks for gifts as well. The blocks are a nice personalized gift that can be shared with anyone. Currently they are specializing in pregnancy announcement gifts and baby milestone blocks.
All of the children in her family help out whenever possible because she wants them to learn the importance of working for their money. As a family they believe in God, honesty, and integrity and strive everyday to instill the those values in their children. Way to go mama! This family enjoys working together through the successes, failures, and hard work to live their version of the American dream.
I absolutely love what this family stands for and was thrilled to get to model of a set of their gender neutral blocks. They are built nice and sturdy and are absolutely adorable. The milestones are set at weeks, months, years, and grade so that they can be used many times throughout your child's (or your) life. With a new one on the way I am excited to use the weeks/months to document my pregnancy journey (which I didn't do with the last two...bummer). As I do my children's birthday photo shoots these will definitely make a great addition. They have tons of block choices for all members of the family with lots of colors and designs to choose from.
